Ordering Customers may place their order: On-Line, by phone, by faxing, by e-mail, or with their salesperson
JCL Truck Delivery There is a $5.00 freight surcharge added to all orders that are delivered by JCL Solutions. The freight surcharge will be waived if the customer picks up the items at one of our locations. All UPS, FedEx and LTL deliveries will be charged the actual cost.
Return Policy Stocking items: All returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund. Any return(s) after 30 days must get approval from the returns department first. If approved, there will be a 20% restocking fee. (All items returned must be in excellent and resellable condition, and must be unopened) Non-Stock Items and Special Order Items: these items are generally Non-Returnable, except by Manufacturers approval Only. Contact your salesperson for more information. IF an approval is achieved, there will be a 20% restock fee plus return freight charges to the Manufacturer.
Warranty Policy Special paperwork must accompany the warranty item(s). Please contact your salesperson or the staff at one of our 2 locations concerning the item(s). The item(s) will be brought back to one of our locations for inspection. The manufacturer will be contacted for approval of warranty. Once approval is reached, your account will be credited.
